Add Fun and Variety To Your Buffet

Grand BuffetOne way of making your event unique is by serving your guests from buffet stations. This offers an exciting variety of many options to your guests and keeps your event live and on the move. This can be done by simply adding a single station, such as a pasta bar, to your regular buffet menu; or, by creating your entire menu from various stations placed about the room thus providing your guests with the constant surprises of what you're offering them at the next station.

Although many of the stations which are shown here are best suited for smaller parties, 100 guests or fewer, many are flexible enough to be available to larger scale events. Below you will find our suggestions for stations. It is, of course, difficult to price all of the potential variations which you might ask for. Hence, it is often better to consult with us regarding your ideas and the combinations or uses of stations for your particular event. We can then price your variations specifically for your event.

Below you will wee many of our ideas for stations which could be utilized at your next event. some are priced, most are for ideas for your imagination to put to use in formulating your wants for your event.

  • Pasta Bar - Self Serve

2 pastas, 3 sauces (usually marinara, pesto and alfredo), toppings such as crumbled Italian sausage, sautéed mushrooms, sautéed onions and peppers, cocktail shrimp scampi, green onions, meatballs, cooked chicken pieces, black olives, grilled eggplant, and sliced chicken Italian sausage.
Price:  Can be substituted for an entree from your buffet or added to your two entree buffet for an additional $1.50 per person.

  • Self Serve Risotto Bar:

Similar to a pasta bar except that the chef blends your guests ingredients with one of several flavors of risotto available. 
Priced as a chef attended pasta bar.

  • Carving Station:

Chef carved roasts. This can be done with anything from roast beef to the choice of two or more of the following meats. Beef, Prime Rib, Tenderloin of Beef, Standing Rib Roast, Breast of Turkey, Whole Roast Turkey, Baked Ham, Pork Loin, Crown Roast of Pork, Boneless Leg of Lamb, or Rack of Lamb. This can also be adopted to a deluxe form of deli buffet in which the meat is freshly carved for your guests sandwich.

  • Live Grilling:  (Outdoor events during fair weather)

Chef attended barbecuing of anything and everything from skewers to fresh vegetables, seafood to steaks. Let your imagination team up with ours to create this interactive, visual and fragrantly delightful form of buffet.

  • Fajita - Taco Stations:

Imagine the fragrance of beef, chicken, shrimp, peppers and onions, garlic and spices all grilling before your eyes. Make your own taco, fajita, wrap, or salad from the many toppings and garnishes offered. A winner!
Price varies with complete meal choices.

  • Salad Station:

This is a staff attended station at which several green salads may be tossed freshly for your guests. Caesar Salad, Cobb Salad, Spring Greens, Baby Lettuces, Spinach, etc. tossed with a variety of vinaigrettes or dressings. Your guests may then top these salads with any number of interesting items or add to their plates any or all of the other four fresh salad choices which you select for this station from the list which follows.

You may also wish to further enhance this station with a selection of garden fresh vegetables, sliced summer garden tomatoes with a balsamic vinegar splash, grilled summer vegetable platter, and a selection of cheeses. Combine this with rustic breads and butter for an incredible vegetarian feast or a great building block for a marvelous buffet.
