Your full, plated, table service dinner includes the following courses.

  • First Course:

The first course is planned for buffet service during the receiving hour. You may exchange this for a plated, table served first course (see the "Wine Country" page) or augment this with butler passed canapés (see the "Appetizer" page). Either of these options will be slightly to somewhat more expensive.

•Continental - Spring Greens w/ baby shrimp, bleu cheese crumbles, green onion, tomato, cucumber, and croutons with a dressing of herbal vinaigrette.
•Grecian Salad - Baby Greens w/ goat cheese, kalamata olives, sun-dried tomato, roasted red peppers, sliced red onion and an herbal vinaigrette.
•Salad Provincial - Spring Greens tossed with fresh tomato, roasted red peppers and a balsamic vinaigrette.
•Winter Salad - Butter lettuce with crisp apple or pear, gorgonzola cheese, and caramelized walnuts tossed with Champagne-Dijon vinaigrette.

**For smaller parties (less than 100 guests), please inquire about our unique selection of even more creative salads and salad alternatives.

Stuffed Tenderloin
