
The dinner buffet is perhaps the most practical and congenial way in which
to care for your guests. It can be either country casual or very formal, as you
wish. It provides a more relaxed method of dining, but also provides for you a
more varied menu format than a plated, full service meal. In developing a buffet
which closely matches your requirements for quality, menu, and cost, we have
devised the following categories to help you to choose the price and service
needs which suit you the best.
Please note that the cost of the service style must be added to the cost of
the buffet entree category which you choose on the following pages. You will be
charged the appropriate service style charge, per place setting, for the actual
number of seats you have set; at or beyond your actual guarantee.
Each service style includes the labor for the set-up (not including tables
and chairs) and service of your meal, linen tablecloths in colors and sizes as
available through Mission Linen Co., and white table skirting for your head
table, buffets, dessert table, beverage table, and gift table (if needed).
Please remember that nothing is cast in cement. Mixing and matching of service
style makeup, buffet format, or entree categories is perfectly allowable. Just
let us know what it is that you would like to do and we'll be happy to price it
for you.

Economy Service - $2.50 per person
Heavy-duty white disposable paper plates and
matching plastic utensils including appetizer and dessert. White paper
napkins. Coffee, punch, and water buffet stations set with disposable drink
cups.
Gold Plus Service - $3.50 per person
Matching heavy duty plastic plates and cutlery in
your choice of clear, white, or black. Your choice of colored paper napkins to
meet your theme. Coffee, punch and water stations set with disposable beverage
ware.

Platinum Service - $6.00 per person
Linen napkins in your choice of color (as available
from Mission Linen). Polished stainless flatware and traditional champagne
toasting glass set at your guest tables. China plates at appetizer table,
dinner buffet table, and at the dessert table. Glass beverage ware at your
coffee, punch and water buffet station.
Diamond Service - $7.00 per person
The Complete service buffet style. Your guests
tables are completely set with all of the necessary glassware (water, coffee,
wine and fluted champagne glasses), polished stainless flatware, and linen
napkin decoratively arranged. China appetizer, dinner, and dessert plates at
their respective buffets. Table service of water, coffee and tea. All other
features are the same as the Continental style of service.
*Provision of beverage ware for alcoholic beverages is included only in the
price of Platinum and Diamond service styles. One glass in each
category is provided per person (excludes hard alcohol bars).
**If you require the service of champagne or wine to your table during the
meal, and you are at a site where there is no bar service, we can provide this
service to you. You will be charged for the extra staff necessary to perform
this service.
Your Dinner Buffet
Each buffet has a number of items which come as standards or basics to a
complete menu. Although we have listed a certain number of choices for each
section, feel free to ask about changing or substituting items. You'll find us
